Managing Negligent Security Risks

I recently joined forces with an incredibly talented security expert, Jon D. Groussman of Lowers Risk Group, for an article in NU Claims regarding managing negligent security risks. The article addresses the actions a claims professional and company should take before, during and after a security incident to help mitigate risks and ensure the best defense.

Jon and I have worked together on a retail negligent security case and we also gave a presentation to a large group of retail, restaurant and hospitality companies on security issues.
