Update: Concealed & Open Carry Laws

Here is another update on what is happening in concealed and open carry laws around the country. West Virginia is now an unrestricted state, allowing concealed carry without a special permit.

West Virginia’s governor vetoed a bill that allowed lawful gun owners 21 or order to carry concealed weapons without a permit but the West Virginia legislature overrode the veto. The law will take effect in June, 2016.
