Yesterday, Wednesday, July 8, 2015, the governor of Maine signed bill LD 652 into law, making Maine the 7th state to become unrestricted with its concealed-carry permits. Once the law goes into effect later this year, anyone who can legally purchase a firearm may conceal it without a permit.
